Old Navy's Quilted Vests

Although they are poly-filled, I've really been digging Old Navy's Frost-Free Quilted Vests lately. Not two heavy and nice to layer during this post-summer/pre-winter coat period. Picked up this red one during their 50% off outerwear sale earlier this week. Friends & Family started yesterday; thinking of going back for another one in either ink blue or black.

Hirabayashi Reunion Shirt

Emily and I have been working on a T-Shirt for the 2009 Hirabayashi family reunion. Here are a couple of ideas for the front and back design of the shirt. We estimate cost to be about $12 a shirt (give or take a few dollars) if we order around 70 shirts.

"Hirabayashi" in Kanji symbols on the back

K. West Style...

Kanye is another guy who's style I admire. His style has evolved throughout his career and while he still makes fashion mistakes sometimes, he often wears outfits that are thoroughly inspiring. Some of my favorite looks below:

Designing Vuitton sneakers

Dior Show 2009

GQ's 10 Most Stylish Men 2009 Photoshoot, he's wearing a legging like a scarf tucked into the jacket

In VIBE 2009, heart pin by Dee and Ricky

Fashion Week 2009

"Homecoming" video shoot in Chicago, the keffiyeh/puffer jacket combo is nice

Another fashion week photo, summer casual

Another from fashion week, green pants

Chuck Bass Style..

Chuck Bass is a fantastic dresser (for a fictional character), and one of the people who's sartorial savviness inspires me when I'm getting dressed in the morning. Some of my favorite looks are pictured above. Also, What Chuck Wore has a nice collection of looks although I'm not a big fan of the made up captions.

Here's one of my favorite clips from the show -> Why Do You Wear So Much Purple?
